Shopping at WeightWorld: shipping to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, returns and cashback
WeightWorld sells vitamins, minerals and other food supplements. Its German-language shop at weightworld.de is run by the UK company Comfort Click Ltd. If you plan to order from Germany, Austria or Switzerland, the details that matter are the delivery charge per country, the delivery time and what happens if you want to send something back.
Where it delivers and what shipping costs
On the delivery page you choose Germany, Austria or Switzerland as your delivery country. The terms differ quite a bit:

Free delivery applies to Germany and Austria from an order value of 45 EUR. The Swiss row has no free-shipping threshold, so the 9.99 EUR stays. Swiss parcels come with tracking and SMS notifications. For Switzerland, allow for possible customs and import charges and ask customer service before ordering.
The FAQ adds that thanks to its delivery partners the shop can ship to almost any country and asks you to get in touch if yours is missing. Outside Europe it quotes 5 to 10 days, and it says it delivers on working days only.
Packaging
Parcels are sent in plain packaging that does not show what is inside. If a sender name is needed, it reads Comfort Click Ltd, the same company name that appears on your card or bank statement.
Returns and the refund window
German consumers first have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You declare it through the online form, by post or by email. Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons are excluded once the seal is broken, which covers opened supplements. You pay the return postage when you withdraw, and the refund goes back to the original payment method.
Beyond that, the shop accepts returns requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, you need proof of purchase and a return authorisation number issued beforehand. Promotional and final-sale items are excluded. If something arrives faulty or wrong, contact the shop straight away.
The site header also advertises a 90-day money-back guarantee. Its exact conditions are not spelled out there, so ask customer service before a larger order.
Payment
The payment page lists credit card, direct debit and PayPal. The FAQ mentions further options such as bank transfer, instant bank transfer and Klarna. Your checkout shows which of them are available to you.
Cashback through daily cashback
Go to the WeightWorld page at daily cashback, press the button to the shop and order as usual. Your cashback (5%) first shows as pending and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If you return items, the amount for those items is deducted again. Current offers are shown on the shop page and we check them daily.
