Buying tyres on Tyres.net UK: delivery, payment, cancellation and cashback

· 2026-09-20

Tyres.net is not a classic one-seller shop. It is a price comparison platform and marketplace for tyres, rims, oils and car accessories, run by TyresNET GmbH in Munich. The UK version lists many retailers side by side, so delivery, payment and stock depend on the seller you pick. This guide explains how an order works, who is responsible when something goes wrong and how the 14-day cancellation period runs.

Two ways to buy

After you choose a product, you have two routes. You can click through to the seller's own website and order there, or, if the retailer is part of the Tyres.net marketplace, you add the item to the cart and pay on Tyres.net. In the first case you deal with the seller from then on. In the second you still get an order confirmation with an 8-digit order number, and you can follow the status through the tracking form or the link in your email.

Delivery: it depends on the seller

Every shop listed on the platform has its own delivery options. The product page shows them next to each offer, and the cart shows delivery and payment terms for each seller when you order on Tyres.net. If you click through to a partner, the delivery details sit in that seller's menu. Tyres.net states that it does not carry the transport risk: the retailer is responsible for everything about the order, including delivery problems. So the shipping cost and the lead time you see belong to the seller, not to the platform.

Which countries does Tyres.net serve?

The footer of the site links to country versions, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, the USA, Canada, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Poland and the Netherlands. Whether a particular seller delivers to your address is shown on the offer. Because tyres are bulky, check the shipping line and the seller's terms before you pay.

Payment

The accepted methods are shown on the product page next to each offer. On the Tyres.net checkout you can choose bank transfer, a credit card or PayPal and similar online services. With bank transfer the order is processed only after your payment has been confirmed. If you pay by PayPal, complete the payment through the link from the Tyres.net order page, because paying separately on PayPal's own site means the payment cannot be linked to the order.

Cancellation and refunds

For goods, the cancellation period is fourteen days, counted from the day you or a person you name, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. For partial deliveries it starts when the last item arrives. You tell TyresNET GmbH by email, clearly stating that you cancel. Sending the notice in time is enough. The refund follows without delay, and no later than fourteen days after your notice arrives, including standard delivery charges, and it goes back by the original payment method. You owe compensation for a loss in value only if you handled the goods beyond what is needed to check them.

Using cashback

Open the Tyres.net page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) is shown with the offers we check every day. Press the shop button, then search and order as normal, either on Tyres.net or at a seller you reach from there. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed after the order has been reported. A cancelled or returned order reduces it.

Before you pay

  • Compare the delivery line, not only the tyre price, because shipping is set per seller.
  • Check the size code on the tyre against your car's documents.
  • Keep the order number and the seller's contact details from the confirmation email.
  • Stay on one shop visit and pause your ad blocker so the click is tracked.
