Shopping at Tanie-opony.pl: seller shipping, payment and the 14-day withdrawal
Tanie-opony.pl is the Polish site of TyresNET GmbH, a price comparison platform for tyres, rims, oils and car accessories. It lists offers from many distributors, so shipping and returns work differently from a normal single-brand shop. The delivery terms, payment options and often the stock depend on the seller you pick. This guide explains how an order runs, who is responsible for what, and what the withdrawal page says.
How an order works
You find tyres with the selector (vehicle type, tyre type, width, height and diameter) or search for rims, oils and accessories. Then you have two ways to buy. You can click through to the seller's own page and order there, or, if the seller is on the platform's list, you add the item to the cart and order directly on Tanie-opony.pl. The seller's page shows shop information, shipping details, availability and the payment methods that the seller accepts. The site stresses that you enter into the contract with the seller right after ordering, so questions about the order go to that seller.
Shipping costs and delivery
Every shop on the platform has its own delivery options. The shipping costs appear on the product detail page next to each offer and again in the cart before you pay. If you came through a partner link, read the delivery rules on the seller's own site, usually in the top or bottom menu. Tanie-opony.pl does not carry the transport risk. The seller is always responsible for the entire order, including delivery problems. There is no single shipping price or delivery time for the site, so compare the offers, not the platform.

| Type of site | Price comparison for tyres, rims, oils, accessories |
| Shipping cost | Set by each seller, shown on the offer and in the cart |
| Withdrawal period | 14 days from receiving the goods |
| Responsible for delivery | The seller |
| Payment | Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and similar services |
Payment
The accepted payment methods are shown next to each offer. For direct orders on the site you can choose between a bank transfer, a credit card and PayPal or another online payment service. With a bank transfer, the payment details and total amount appear after you buy, and the order is only fulfilled once the payment is confirmed. For a card payment you are redirected to the seller's payment page and come back to the thank-you page afterwards. With PayPal, start the payment from the site itself and do not go to PayPal separately, because otherwise the payment cannot be matched to the order.
Tracking an order
After ordering you reach a thank-you page and receive a confirmation email. It contains an 8-digit order number and a link to the order confirmation page, which shows the order date, status, payment date, shipping date, carrier name and parcel number. You can also use the tracking form on the site.
Right of withdrawal
The page called Gwarancja zwrotu states that you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you or a person you name receives the goods; if the order arrives in several packages, it starts with the last one. To use the right, tell TyresNET GmbH in Munich clearly, for example by letter or email. A model form exists but is not mandatory. Because the platform describes the seller as responsible for the order, mention the seller and the order number as well.
Using cashback
Open the Tanie-Opony page at daily cashback and press the shop button. The current rate (up to 1.25%) is shown there with the offers we check every day. Then order as usual, either on the platform or via a seller. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed after the shop has reported the order. A withdrawal reduces the cashback for that order, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
Practical tips
- Compare the total with shipping for each offer, not only the tyre price.
- Check the seller's delivery country and payment methods in the shop information tab.
- Keep your order number, because both the seller and the platform ask for it.
