Shopping at Sneak'In: shipping prices by country, returns and cashback

Sneak'In (sneakin.fr) is a French online shop for sneakers, clothing and sport accessories, run by the company SPACEFOOT. What makes it handy for international buyers is a shipping page with a separate price for each country, from Germany to Turkey. Here is what that page and the returns and payment pages say.

Shipping prices by country

The shop lists a carrier and a price for every destination. Home delivery and pickup points are priced separately in many countries. A selection:

Corsica and the Canary Islands are excluded from some of the prices. Heavy or bulky items can add a surcharge that appears in the third checkout step, "delivery method".

There is no free shipping threshold on the page, so compare the price in the cart with your basket value.

How fast it arrives

Order by 15:00 Paris time. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days and transit 1 to 5 working days. The product page shows the dispatch time below the add-to-basket button, and it changes with the size you choose. For France there is an express service by Chronopost, delivered next day if you order before 15:00 Monday to Thursday.

Pickup point parcels trigger an email with the tracking number. Bring your ID, or give a helper a written authorisation, their ID and a copy of yours.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. The item must be in its original packaging with the tag still attached, unworn and clean. Personalised products, such as flocked jerseys, cannot be returned. You start the return in the shop's returns area or through the order history. Return shipping is paid by you, apart from faulty or non-conforming items, which get a prepaid label after approval. Once your request is accepted you have 15 days to send the parcel. When you use the withdrawal right, the refund, including standard delivery costs, follows within 14 days of the shop learning of your decision.

For transport damage, write quickly and attach photos of the item, the parcel and the shipping label. Customer service replies within 48 working hours if the request is complete.

Payment

The shop lists bank transfer (from 300 EUR), Klarna (700 to 4,500 EUR), card, Apple Pay and PayPal in instalments. The checkout shows only what your billing country allows. Credit notes from returns are applied automatically to the next order.

Cashback at Sneak'In

Open the Sneak'In page at daily cashback, where the current rate (3.5%) is listed. Press the button and then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has approved the order. Returned items lower it again. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so use the offers on the shop page.

  • Pickup points are the cheaper route in most countries, so compare both prices before paying.
  • Try sneakers on indoors, on a clean surface. Dirty soles end a return.
