Shopping at Smash-Expert: shipping by country, returns and cashback
Smash-Expert is a racket sports and sportswear shop run from France, with a Spanish storefront at smash-expert.es. It sells padel, tennis, badminton, squash and table tennis gear plus shoes and clothing. What makes it useful for international buyers is a long list of delivery countries with a price for each. We read the shipping page, the returns page and the payment page in October 2026. Prices are in euros, and the shop can change them.
Which countries does Smash-Expert deliver to?
The shipping page lists around forty countries and territories: most of the EU, plus the UK, Switzerland, Iceland, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia, Turkey, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra and Gibraltar. Home delivery to the main markets costs, in euros: Germany 7,99 (pick-up point 8,49), Austria 12,99 (pick-up point 11,49), Belgium 7,99, France 7,49 (Colissimo to Corsica 7,99), Italy 8,99, Netherlands 8,49, Spain 8,99 without the Canary Islands, Portugal 9,99, Luxembourg 9,99 and Ireland 13,99. Further away the shop charges 10,65 for the Czech Republic, 11,78 for Hungary, 12,11 for Poland, 13,38 for Denmark, 18,54 for Sweden, 19,06 for Switzerland with FedEx, 21,07 for the UK with FedEx and 21,99 for Greece. Many smaller countries are charged a flat 25,99 shipping each. Pick-up points are cheaper in most countries. Heavy or bulky items can carry an extra shipping charge.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 15:00 (Paris time) are processed in 1 to 2 working days, and delivery takes 2 to 6 working days. The time for each article is shown on its product page under the add to basket button and can change with the size you pick. Express delivery in France arrives the next day.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving the order to start a return. Items must be unworn, in the original packaging and with tags attached, and personalised products cannot be returned. You pay the return postage yourself; if an item is faulty or not as ordered, customer service can send a prepaid label. After the request is accepted you have 15 days to send the parcel to the return address in Montlouis-sur-Loire, France. The refund follows within 14 days, either to the original payment method or as a voucher valid for 12 months. The shop does not swap sizes directly: return the item and place a new order.
Payment
The shop lists bank transfer (from 300 €), bank card, Apple Pay and PayPal, which can be split into three payments without interest. The methods you see depend on your billing country.

Using cashback
Open the Smash-Expert page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
