Slowood Interior: shipping rates for 39 countries, delivery time and the 30-day return

· 2026-10-15

Slowood Interior is a French online shop for furniture, garden and outdoor items, tableware, home textiles, lighting, rugs and small appliances. It is part of a group whose returns go to SPACEFOOT SAS in Montlouis-sur-Loire in the Loire valley. The shop publishes a rate for every country it serves, which makes it one of the more transparent ones on this point. We read the shipping page, the returns page and the payment page at slowood-interior.fr in October 2026. The pages are in French, and this guide translates what matters.

Countries Slowood Interior delivers to

The price list names 39 countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom. The United States is not on the list, even though some directories show it. Orders are placed in euro, and a UK or Swiss address pays the carrier rate listed below, with no word from the shop about customs.

Shipping rates by country

Each country has a fixed price that depends on the carrier. Several countries also offer a pickup point at a lower price:

Heavy or bulky items can add extra shipping costs, and these are added automatically and shown in step 3 of checkout, called delivery method. For furniture this is the line to watch.

Processing and delivery time

The order deadline is 15:00 Paris time. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days and transit 1 to 5 working days. Each product page shows its own dispatch time under the add-to-basket button, and it can change with the size you select. When you collect from a pickup point, you receive an email with tracking, and you show an ID and the tracking number. Someone else can collect for you with your written authorisation, their own ID and a copy of yours.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. Items must be in the original packaging with intact labels and must not have been worn, used or dirtied. Personalised products cannot be returned. You start the return in the online return area or through the Return link in your order history, then you have 15 days after the request is accepted to send the goods to the Service Retour address. The return cost is yours, and the shop says no refund of it is made. A faulty or non-conforming item is the exception, where a prepaid label can be provided after customer service has checked it. Where a prepaid label is offered, its price can be deducted from your refund if you agree.

Refunds, including standard delivery for a statutory withdrawal, come within 14 days. You can choose between your original payment method and a credit note valid for 12 months.

Payment

The shop lists bank transfer (from 300 EUR), Klarna (for amounts from 700 to 4,500 EUR), card, Apple Pay and PayPal with payment in four instalments. The checkout only shows the methods available for your billing country.

Using cashback

Open the Slowood Interior page at daily cashback to see the current rate (up to 1.5%) and the offers we found, with the date of the last check. Press the shop button and order as usual. The cashback shows as pending in your free account and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount by its share.

Practical tips

  • Compare home delivery with the pickup point in your country. Pickup is 1.50 EUR cheaper in both the Netherlands and Austria, while in Germany it costs 0.50 EUR more.
  • Pick the right size before checkout, because the dispatch time on the product page changes with it.
  • Finish in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop.
