Outsmarted board game: free tracked delivery, returns and cashback
Outsmarted is a British board game that turns a family quiz into a live TV show, with a physical board and an app on phones, tablets or a PC. The shop runs on outsmarted.co.uk, prices are shown in British pounds, and delivery is short and simple on the face of it. For buyers outside the UK there are a few open points, so this guide separates what the shop states from what you should check yourself.
Delivery: free and tracked
The delivery page opens with one rule: every order includes free delivery, fully tracked with Amazon. At present the delivery time is typically 3 or 4 working days, and the exact figure is shown at checkout. An email with tracking details follows shortly after dispatch. The page does not name destination countries, so a buyer abroad should type the address into the cart first or ask the Help Centre before committing to the game.
One warning is printed in bold: check that the delivery address is correct when you buy. If a wrong address is entered, the shop cannot offer a replacement or a refund.
What arrives in the box and what does not
The game box contains the board, dice, six hand-painted figurines and a folding tablet stand. The questions live in the Outsmarted app, which you install on Windows 10 or 11, on iOS or on Android. The shop says up to six devices can act as handheld controllers, and friends can join a remote game from anywhere after downloading the free app. A licence key is unique to each game owner, which matters if you buy as a gift.
Extra question categories are sold separately on the website and in the app, in single packs and multipacks. E-gift cards and an All Access subscription are also listed in the shop menu.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, the shop provides a free postage label once a team member has agreed the return. In any other case you have 14 days to tell Outsmarted you want to return the game and another 14 days to complete the return. The shop does not accept opened games or goods that are not returned in the condition they were received. It also keeps the right to refuse a return or to deduct up to half of the refund. Photograph the sealed box when it arrives if you are unsure about the game.

Using cashback
Open the Outsmarted page at daily cashback, where the current rate (6.25%) and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned game reduces the cashback for that order.
Practical tips
- Check the address twice, as the shop will not replace or refund a parcel that went to a wrong one.
- Decide on your device before buying, since the app runs on Windows 10 or 11, iOS and Android.
- Keep other cashback and voucher sites closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
