Shopping at MISAKO: shipping by country, returns and cashback

MISAKO is a Spanish bag, backpack and luggage retailer with more than 200 shops of its own, and its online store ships well beyond Spain. The amount you pay depends heavily on the country, so this guide lists the delivery charges for the main European markets, the rules for the United States, how returns work and how to collect cashback on an order.

Where MISAKO delivers and what shipping costs

The country selector on the store lists most of Europe plus the United States, Turkey and several Balkan and Caucasus countries, each with its own currency. Inside Spain, home delivery is free on orders over €28 and costs €2.95 below that. For the Balearic Islands the shipping charge is €5.99, and for Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Ceuta and Melilla it is €19.99.

The English-language version of the terms for the UK market shows different shipping amounts for some countries, for example €5.99 for Germany. The cart is what counts, so check the total in your country before you pay.

Delivery time

Where no specific time is given for your destination, MISAKO delivers within a maximum of 5 working days after order confirmation. Pickup in a MISAKO store in mainland Spain and the Balearics takes 2 to 6 working days, and the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla take 2 to 3 weeks. Nothing is collected or delivered on weekends and public holidays, and sales periods or Christmas can slow parcels down.

Ordering to the United States

Parcels for the United States are prepared and sent from Spain. Shipping, duties and taxes are calculated and paid during checkout, so you should not face a bill at the door. The shop adds that extra costs can still come up in exceptional cases, for example after changed rules or wrong address data.

Returns

Online purchases can be returned within 30 days. You start the return through the REVER platform and can hand the parcel in at a MISAKO shop in Spain at no cost, or ask for a home pickup, where you pay the shipping. Items need their original tags and the receipt or invoice. Perfumes only come back in the original sealed wrapping, and earrings, hair accessories, false nails and adhesives are excluded for hygiene reasons. If you ordered to the United States, you cover all return costs yourself. On top of this, EU consumers have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.

The Spanish terms of service name Visa and Mastercard for card payments. Other methods may appear in the checkout for your country.

Cashback at MISAKO

Open the MISAKO page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.8%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once MISAKO has reported the order. A returned item is deducted from the cashback again.

Tips before you order

  • Compare the delivery charge for your country with the free-shipping limit, since a country like Germany pays shipping on every order.
  • Keep the tags on until you are sure, because returns need them.
  • Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed.
