MASON New York: international delivery, final sale rules and US returns
MASON New York is a New York jewelry brand selling bracelets, necklaces, earrings and rings. Its web shop will send to many countries, but the rules for people outside the United States are very different from the US rules, and the biggest difference is the return policy. This guide sets the two side by side so you know what you are agreeing to before you pay.
Delivery inside the United States
For US addresses the shop lists three speeds. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. The 3-Day option takes 1 to 3 business days to receive, and the 1-Day option is next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST or on weekends ship the next business day, and Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. The shop says to allow 3 to 5 business days for items to be shipped, and that items ordered together may not always ship together. The shop page states that it offers complimentary shipping on orders placed on the US website for domestic delivery. Sales tax and engraving fees do not count toward any minimum.
Delivery outside the United States
MASON New York says it accepts international shipping and asks you to allow 5 to 10 business days. Free shipping applies only to domestic US orders on the US website, so for other countries ask what the delivery cost will be before you order. The shop site is available in English, German, Spanish, French and Japanese.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your jewelry, contact the shop within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. After the shop sends you a return address, the item has to be back within seven working days, or it is no longer eligible. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, in original packaging with tags, box and pouch. A broken or defective piece gets only a partial refund, and you need to send a picture. Orders marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be refunded. On exchanges the shop covers the shipping of the new item.
The key point for non-US buyers is a single line in the policy: all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Decide on size and style with that in mind. One wrinkle for US buyers: the FAQ speaks of free 30-day returns, while the shipping and returns page says the customer pays to send items back, so confirm the return label with the shop when you request a return.
Payment
The shop accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and JCB, its own gift cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Prices can change without notice, and you are charged the price shown on the day of purchase.
