Shopping at Lokithor: US and EU shipping, returns and cashback
Lokithor is a brand of car jump starters that also sells battery chargers, batteries and portable power stations through lokithorshop.com. The shop ships from two warehouses, one in the United States and one in Germany. European buyers are served from the German one. This guide covers delivery areas, shipping rules, returns and how to earn cashback.
Which warehouse ships to you
The US warehouse supplies most US states. Excluded are Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Armed Forces regions, the Northern Mariana Islands and the Marshall Islands. The EU warehouse in Germany serves most EU countries. The shipping page names Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Estonia and Greece. Some islands may not be served. The country selector in the shop header also lists Canada, Cyprus, Malta and Poland, so check your own address in the cart before you commit.
Shipping cost and delivery time
From the US warehouse the shop advertises free shipping on all orders. From the EU warehouse, free shipping applies to orders over $99 going to the countries listed above. What an order below that minimum costs is not spelled out on the page, so the cart is the place to read it. Prices in the country selector are shown in US dollars.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and the stated shipping time is around 3 to 6 business days. Holidays and busy periods can add a few days, and the shop writes to you by email if a larger delay is expected. Tracking is in your account under Orders and in the order email.

Damaged parcels
Do not accept a box with visible damage. If it was left without your signature, contact the carrier before you open it, because the carrier has to inspect the box before a refund or replacement is possible. The refund page asks you to report transport damage by email within 48 hours of receipt and to keep all packaging. Photos speed things up.
Returns and refunds
The banner on every page says 30-day returns, and the refund page allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The return and exchange page is stricter about requests: it asks for them while the parcel is in transit or within 7 days of receiving it, and says that a parcel you keep can still be returned within 3 to 5 days of receipt. Because the two pages differ, send your request to customer service as early as you can.
The product has to be unused, undamaged and brand new with original packaging and all accessories. Clearance items and free gifts are not eligible. Contact customer service by email or chat first to get the return address. You pay the return shipping, ideally with a trackable and insured method. The shop reviews a request within 2 business days and inspects the returned goods within 3 business days. If the return is not quality related, a shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Defective items are refunded in full or replaced. The refund goes back to your original payment method and takes around 7 to 15 business days.
Using cashback
Open the Lokithor page at daily cashback, press the shop button and order as usual. The current rate (7.5%) is shown on that page. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed once Lokithor has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned item reduces it. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher and cashback tabs. Current offers are listed on the shop page and we check them daily.
