Shopping at Laco: watch shipping by zone, delivery, returns and cashback
Laco is a German watch manufacturer based in Pforzheim, best known for pilot and field watches. Its online shop at laco.de sells watches and straps worldwide, but the price of getting a watch to you depends heavily on where you live. Shipping is free inside Germany and charged by zone everywhere else, so here are the zones.
Shipping for watches by zone
Inside Germany the shop charges no shipping. For delivery abroad, each watch parcel is charged by zone, and the shipping prices include German VAT. The list below follows the shop's own grouping.
| Zone | Watch shipping and countries |
|---|---|
| Zone 1 | €24.90 shipping: Denmark, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Spain |
| Zone 2 | €34.95 shipping: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Greece, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Cyprus, Switzerland, United Kingdom |
| Zone 3 | €39.95 shipping: Vietnam, Norway |
| Zone 4 | €49.95 shipping: Bahrain, China, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Canary Islands |
| Zone 5 | €59.95 shipping: South America, Africa, Australia and the rest of the world |
Prices on this page are in euros, as the shop shows them. Import duties or fees in your country may come on top, and the shop tells you so on the same page.
Shipping for straps
Straps travel with DHL and follow a cheaper scale. Inside Germany, shipping is free. Zone 1 covers the European Union, Switzerland and Norway at €4.90 shipping. The page lists a further zone for other countries at €6.90 shipping. If you order a strap together with a watch, no extra strap postage is added, and you only pay the watch shipping.
Delivery time
Unless an offer says otherwise, delivery inside Germany takes 3 to 4 days and delivery abroad takes 5 to 7 days after the contract is made. If you chose prepayment, the clock starts when you pay. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. When you order items with different delivery times, the shop sends everything together, so the slowest item sets the date.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days to cancel the contract without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. A clear message by letter or email is enough, and the model form from the shop is optional. You send the goods back within 14 days of your notice.
You bear the direct cost of the return. The shop refunds all payments, including the delivery cost of the cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method of the original order. It may hold the refund back until the goods are back or you can show they were sent. You only pay for loss in value if you handled the watch more than necessary to test it. Made-to-order goods are excluded from withdrawal.
Payment
The payment page lists advance bank transfer, credit card, invoice, instalments and direct debit through Klarna, Amazon Pay and PayPal (PayPal Express, card, SEPA direct debit and instalments). Card payments are charged when the contract is made.

Using cashback
Open the Laco page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the current offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Laco has reported the order. If you return a watch, the share for that item is deducted.
Practical tips
- Add the strap to the same order as the watch, because the strap then ships at no extra cost.
- Zone 1 versus zone 2 makes a difference of €10.05 shipping, so check your country in the list before you decide.
- Leave room for import costs if you live outside the EU.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, because either can break the cashback click.
