Shopping at Irish Pure: shipping to Germany and Austria, returns and cashback
Irish Pure sells grain-free dog food made with Irish ingredients, plus wet food, treats and supplements. The German shop is based in Berlin and delivers to Germany and Austria. This guide covers shipping cost and time, which countries are covered, payment, withdrawal and how to earn cashback. The shop is in German.
Delivery countries and shipping cost
The shop ships only within Germany and to Austria. Prices are the same in both: orders up to 48.99 € cost 4.90 € shipping, and from 49 € shipping is free. If you live in the UK, the US or elsewhere, this shop does not deliver to you.

For Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Poland, the shipping page points to a separate international shop run by Irish Pure, which has its own conditions. From an order value of 79 € the shop also advertises a free treat.
Delivery time
Orders within Germany arrive within 3 to 5 days after payment is received, weekends excluded. Delivery to Austria takes 3 to 6 days. The shop ships with DHL, and the FAQ also mentions DPD. After dispatch you get a tracking link. If you want delivery to a DHL Packstation, you enter your DHL post number in the company name field, the station with its number in the street field, and the station's postcode and town.
Payment
You can pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, VISA), Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay. The food subscription can currently be taken out by credit card or PayPal.
Withdrawal and returns
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you receive the goods. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling the shop and pack them securely. You pay the return shipping unless Irish Pure made a mistake. The refund then follows within 14 days to the payment method you used. From Austria it is worth calling customer service before you return a parcel, because the return address is in Germany.

Customer service is reachable by email at [email protected] or by phone on +49 30 22 01200-80, Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and 12.30 to 15.00. According to the site, the nutrition advice is free, and a store finder shows where the products are sold in shops.
Using cashback
Open the Irish Pure page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Irish Pure has reported the order. A return reduces the amount for the goods you send back.
Practical tips
- Bring the basket to at least 49 € and the shipping fee disappears.
- Change dog food slowly. The shop recommends mixing small amounts into the old food over about seven days.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
