Ordering from Herrenausstatter.de abroad: delivery by country, returns and cashback
Herrenausstatter.de is a German menswear shop from the DePauli AG near Munich, and it sends parcels well beyond Germany. If you live in the UK, the US or anywhere else outside the German-speaking countries, the question is what the order costs to get to you and what happens if you return something. We read the terms and conditions and the help centre on herrenausstatter.de in October 2026 and summarised what applies to international customers. The shop can change its prices, so check the cart before you pay.
Delivery costs by country
The terms list a flat delivery fee per country or group of countries:
- Germany: 1.99 euros, with no minimum order value
- Austria: 5.95 euros
- Switzerland: 7.95 euros
- Group I: 7.95 euros for Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Liechtenstein
- Group II: 10.95 euros for Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus
- All other countries: 34.95 euros. For the USA and Puerto Rico the terms name DHL Express at 89.95 euros.
The United Kingdom is not named in the groups, so it falls under all other countries. The terms do not say anything about customs duties or import taxes for non-EU destinations, so ask the shop before ordering to the UK, the US or Switzerland. The shop uses DHL or DPD, and you pick one at checkout. Delivery usually takes one to three working days after dispatch, and you get a tracking link. DHL parcels can go to a Packstation.
Paying from abroad
The help centre lists credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, direct debit, advance payment by bank transfer and cash on delivery. Which of these you see can depend on a credit check. For addresses outside Germany the terms are narrower: they name credit card, advance payment and, within the SEPA area, direct debit, and the amount falls due when the goods are shipped. The terms also state that the shop may decline an order without giving reasons. Cash on delivery is for German addresses; the DHL driver collects the amount and the shop pays the cash-on-delivery fee.
Returns
You have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, and on top of that the shop offers a voluntary 30-day return period that starts on the day of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and carry all labels. Shoes should only be tried on a clean surface. You do not have to give a reason. The withdrawal notice in the terms says you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, so check the shipping cost from your country before you send something back. Once the shop has inspected the parcel, the money goes back by the original payment method; because of high parcel volume this can take 10 to 14 working days.

Using cashback
Open the Herrenausstatter page at daily cashback. The page is in German, because the shop itself is. You will find the current rate (up to 6%), the offers we found and the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then order as usual. In your free account the cashback is listed as open first and moves to confirmed after Herrenausstatter has reported the order. If you return an item, the share for that item is deducted.
Tips for international orders
- The flat fee applies per order. Several items in one order cost less to deliver than several single orders.
- Look at the destination group before you fill the cart: the same parcel costs 7.95 euros in the Netherlands and 10.95 euros in Poland.
- Keep the labels on every item until you are sure, since returns need them.
- Finish the purchase in one session and pause your ad blocker so the cashback click is not lost.
