Processing and delivery time

The cut-off for same-day processing is 15:00 Paris time. Order processing takes 1 to 2 working days and delivery 2 to 6 working days. The exact time for each article is shown on its product page, just under the add-to-basket button, and it changes when you choose another size. Tracking links are listed on the delivery page.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. Items must come back in the original packaging with the labels intact, unworn and unsoiled. Personalised products, such as flocked jerseys, cannot be returned or exchanged. You start the return in the shop's returns portal, entering your order details and the reason, and after the request is accepted you have 15 days to send the parcel to the returns address in France.

Return postage is yours and is not refunded. If the shop's customer service confirms that an item is faulty or not as described, the return is covered by a prepaid label. The shop does not swap sizes directly: you return the first item and place a new order. For the refund you can pick the original payment method or a credit note valid for 12 months. Under the withdrawal right the refund, including standard shipping, comes without undue delay and within 14 days of the shop learning of your decision.

If a parcel arrives damaged in transit, contact the shop quickly with photos of the item, the package and the shipping label. A reply follows within 48 working hours once the request is complete.
