How long it takes

The shop separates items in stock from items that still have to be made.

  • Stock order: 24 hours to receive and 24 hours to process, then 3 to 5 working days of delivery. Total 5 to 7 working days.
  • Order without stock: 3 to 15 working days of processing, then 3 to 5 working days. Total 7 to 21 working days.
  • Colored or customized wigs: add 7 to 10 business days before shipment, since production starts after you order.
  • FAQ view: US parcels arrive 2 to 6 business days after dispatch, other countries usually 6 to 8 business days.

Express shipping is mentioned with 1 to 3 working days of transit. Busy periods can cause delays, and customer service tells you by email if something changes. For countries outside the US, check your own customs rules on import duties and taxes.

Returns and exchanges

The shop accepts returns and exchanges of unused wigs within 30 days after you receive them. You must write to [email protected] first with your order number. Refunds without contact cannot be guaranteed. The wig has to be in its original state: uncut and unbleached hair, unchanged color and untouched lace, with tags and original packaging. You pay the return shipping, and the shop recommends a tracked service. Write RETURN, NO DUTIES on the parcel, otherwise it may be sent back to you. An order can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after you place it.

Payment

You pay through PayPal, and any credit card works there: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Choose your own currency at PayPal. Do not pay by e-check, because the payment stays uncleared and the shop cannot ship until it clears, which usually takes 4 to 5 days. Klarna instalments are offered on selected US orders.
