Flextail makes camping and cycling gear such as pumps, power banks, lanterns, sleeping pads and outdoor showers. The shop ships to a long list of countries, but shipping fees, delivery times and the way you return an item depend on where you live and what is in your basket. This guide gathers those details for buyers in the US, the UK and the rest of the world.
Where Flextail ships
The shipping policy names the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand, India, Nigeria, Dubai and Abu Dhabi among its destinations, along with Switzerland, Norway and every EU member state. The help center puts it more simply: the shop ships all over the world. A country selector at the top of the shop sets your market, and it lists GBP for the United Kingdom and EUR for Germany, for example.
Shipping costs
Orders above $40 ship free. Smaller orders pay $5.99 shipping. The policy adds a $9.99 shipping fee for Israel, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, the US Armed Forces area and Iceland. Customers in some US states also pay additional sales tax. Final shipping costs are added at checkout, so your basket always shows the exact figure.
How long delivery takes
The warehouse needs one business day to process an order before it ships. After that, Flextail uses carriers such as USPS, DHL and Royal Mail, depending on the region. The shop publishes estimated transit times in working days. Power banks and other sensitive goods travel through special channels and take longer.

Customs and import tax
According to Flextail, the price of your order already includes applicable import tax and duties, so you should not have to pay customs fees on arrival. If you get a message about extra charges after buying, contact the shop first and let the team check it. Buyers in South Korea, Chile, Brazil, India, Turkey and South Africa have to give a tax ID number, and addresses in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan must be entered in Chinese.
Returns, refunds and warranty
You can return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Write to [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase and the reason, and add photos or a video if the product is broken. The team then gives you the return address. Items must come back unused and in the original packaging. Once the parcel has arrived, Flextail processes the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
If the return is down to a quality problem, Flextail pays the return postage. If you simply changed your mind, you pay it, and the shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Only orders placed directly at flextail.com qualify; for items bought from another retailer, follow that retailer's rules. All products carry a one-year warranty, accessories excluded.
Payment
You can pay by credit card or with PayPal. If a card payment fails, the help center suggests asking your bank or switching to PayPal. To cancel an order, email the support team before it ships.

Using cashback
Open the Flextail page at daily cashback, where the current rate (4%) is listed next to the offers we check every day. This is the US store page, so look at the conditions there before you order for another country. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once Flextail has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item.
Tips before you order
- If your basket is just under $40, a small accessory can cost less than the $5.99 shipping fee.
- Order a power bank separately from other gear if you want to compare the two transit times above.
