Address changes, tracking and lost parcels

You then receive the return address, which can differ from the one on the parcel, so do not send anything back without instructions. For a change-of-mind return you pay the return postage, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or wrong, the shop covers reasonable return costs where required. Defective or damaged items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt when you send photos. Duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are generally not refunded. The products carry a 3-year limited warranty for the original purchaser.
