Shopping at FabFinds: shipping, delivery areas, returns and cashback
FabFinds is a UK online store that sells beauty, home and pet supplies, with a large range of everyday brands. Before you fill a basket it helps to know where the shop sends parcels, what shipping costs and how a return works. The shop is run by FabFinds Limited from Leicestershire, and its delivery information is aimed at customers in the United Kingdom.
Where FabFinds delivers
The shop's delivery page splits its service into two groups. The first is UK mainland. The second is everything outside it, which the page lists as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. No other countries are named. If you live elsewhere, write to customer service before you order and ask whether your address can be served.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Standard delivery to the UK mainland takes 3 to 7 working days from the day you place the order, and parcels are delivered Monday to Sunday. Basic UK mainland shipping costs £3.99. Orders of £40 or more ship free to the mainland; the shop ties this to a promo code that is printed on its delivery page and in the banner at the top of the site, so check the basket before you pay.
Express shipping to the mainland costs £5.95 and takes 2 to 3 working days. For next-day delivery the shop asks you to order before 12pm the day before. The page also lists shipping prices of £9.99 for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland and the Isle of Wight, and £12.99 for Jersey. Delivery outside the mainland takes 5 to 15 working days.

Returns and refunds
You can cancel and return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. To start, email [email protected]. You pay the cost of sending the item back, and the goods have to be undamaged, unworn, in their original packaging and complete with tags and labels. If an item comes back in poor condition, the shop may deduct an amount from the refund. The shop recommends signed-for or recorded delivery and asks for proof of posting if a parcel goes missing.
Refunds go back to the original payment method in the original currency within 14 days of the shop receiving the parcel, and your bank may need another 3 to 7 working days. Food items cannot be returned once delivered. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, report it within 48 hours with photos; once the item is back, the shop refunds your postage and sends a replacement. An order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing it.
Two cases cost extra. If a delivery is refused or fails for reasons within your control, the shop refunds the goods less the outbound shipping costs, carrier fees and a 10% restocking charge. The same restocking charge can apply if you cancel a non-faulty order after it has been picked or dispatched. Your statutory consumer rights stay in place.
Using cashback
Open the FabFinds page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once FabFinds has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- If your basket sits just under £40, adding a small item can cost less than the £3.99 shipping fee. Remember that food cannot be sent back.
- Keep photos of any damaged item, because the shop asks for them before it arranges a replacement.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the cashback click.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
