EWANTO: letter and parcel shipping, costs abroad and the 2-month withdrawal
EWANTO is a Berlin online shop for the small things around the house: batteries for watches and hearing aids, chargers, cables, hygiene items, stationery and a few thousand similar products. Most orders go out as an inexpensive letter inside Germany. From abroad the picture changes: international orders travel as parcels with a flat fee plus a share of the order value. Shipping inside Germany
Most products can be sent as a letter. That costs 1.95 € up to an order value of 29 € and is free from 29 €. As an option within Germany EWANTO offers DPD, in rare cases FedEx or UPS, for 5.19 €, free from 49 €. Express with DPD, delivered by 18:00 the next working day, starts at 15.99 € shipping and depends on weight. Packstations cannot be used. Orders with payment received by 13:00 are shipped the same day, and shipping happens Monday to Friday only.
Shipping abroad
Shipments with an international destination are sent only as parcels, with DPD or FedEx from Germany and sometimes a local partner at the end. Tracking is sent automatically. The shop calculates the cost like this:

For a typical order of 40 € that is 23.90 € to an EU country and 43.90 € outside the EU, our own calculation from the page. The page does not list individual countries or say anything about customs duties, so look at the cart before paying.
Payment
The shop accepts advance payment by bank transfer (with a 3 % discount on the cart total after vouchers), Amazon Pay, credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, for returning customers, companies and public institutions, invoice with 14 days to pay.
Withdrawal and returns
EWANTO gives consumers 2 months to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, counted from the day you received the last item. Tell the shop in a clear statement, by letter, email or the online form on the site. After that you send the goods back within 14 days. The direct return costs are yours. The right ends early for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
Using cashback
Open the EWANTO page at daily cashback to see the current rate (up to 3.5%). Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback is pending first and becomes confirmed after EWANTO has reported the order, normally after the withdrawal period. A returned item reduces the cashback.
Practical tips
- The foreign shipping fee is flat, so one larger basket is much cheaper than several small orders.
- If you live in Germany, push the basket past 29 € for free letter shipping.
- Finish the order in one visit and avoid other cashback or voucher sites meanwhile.
