Eonon: warehouses, free shipping, duties, warranty and cashback
Eonon sells Android car stereos and related car electronics, and it has been online since 2002. The company address is in Hong Kong, but the shop ships from local warehouses in several regions. For a buyer abroad the useful question is therefore not "does Eonon ship to me" but "from which warehouse, and who pays duties". The shipping page answers both.
Warehouses, shipping costs and delivery times
Eonon ships from the warehouse closest to the destination. Shipping is free for these regions, and customs duties are listed as not applicable:

The country list in the shop is long. Besides the regions above it includes, for example, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Norway, Japan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. Product price and stock are shown after you pick your country.
Duties and out-of-stock warehouses
Parcels sent from Hong Kong to some countries and regions may be charged customs duties. The shop says to ask your local customs for the amounts and that it is not responsible for them. If a product is out of stock in the US, AU or CA warehouse, Eonon ships it from Hong Kong instead, so check the stock status and the shipping warehouse on the product page before you pay.
Tracking and cancellation
After dispatch you receive an email with the shipping details within 2 business days. If it does not arrive, contact customer service. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
Warranty and returns
The warranty applies to purchases on the Eonon website. Android car stereos have 2 years, special offers and accessories 1 year, and free gifts 90 days. For a product problem the return table gives a full refund or free exchange within 3 months, a free exchange within 6 months, and within 2 years a free replacement of accessories or a refurbished stereo if in stock, plus a special discount on a new unit. Refurbished units are special offer models whose model number starts with "B".
If you simply change your mind, a brand-new package costs you the return shipping fee. An opened or installed unit costs the return shipping fee plus 20% depreciation. These returns are not accepted after 3 months. Report transit damage or a wrong package within 5 days of delivery, and contact the shop before you send anything back. Installation, uninstallation and tax costs are not covered.
Payment
Eonon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards, and PayPal.
Using cashback
Open the Eonon page at daily cashback, where the current rate (1.5%) and the latest offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Eonon has reported the order. A refunded order is deducted.
Practical tips
- Pick your country first, so the price and the correct warehouse show up.
- Ask support whether the unit fits your vehicle before you order, since return costs apply even to brand-new packages.
- Let a professional fit the stereo. The shop is not liable for damage from improper installation.
