Engwe EU shop: delivery countries, free shipping, 30-day returns and cashback
Engwe sells e-bikes, batteries and accessories through its EU store at engwe-bikes-eu.com. The shop sends from a warehouse inside the EU and prices differ by country. An e-bike is bulky and a return can be costly, so read the delivery list and the return rules before you pay.
Countries Engwe ships to
The shipping policy lists 25 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. The UK, Switzerland and the US are not on that list. If your address is somewhere else, ask support before you order. The shop adds that remote areas and islands are outside the delivery range.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping to every listed country is free on qualifying orders and goes with DPD. Most orders ship from the EU warehouse, only some accessories do not. The table gives 7 to 10 business days for each country. For products marked in stock, the warehouse needs 1 to 2 business days to prepare the parcel, and the tracking number can take a little longer to update. You get an email with the tracking link when the order leaves. Pre-order items carry their own shipping time on the product page.
Returns and refunds
You can ask for a return within 30 days of delivery. The e-bike must be unused with fewer than ten kilometres on the display, in its original packaging and with everything that was in the box, such as charger and keys. Keep the proof of purchase.
- Write to [email protected] before you send anything. Parcels returned without approval are not accepted.
- If the return is accepted, Engwe sends a return label and instructions.
- Defective or wrongly delivered items inside the 30 days are exchanged or refunded free of charge.
If you simply change your mind, the cost is higher. For a return that is not a quality issue, the shop deducts a shipping and handling fee of €200 per e-bike and €100 per battery, and batteries are only taken back unused. Cancelling before dispatch costs a 5% processing fee, and after dispatch a shipping charge of €200 per bike is deducted. After the parcel arrives, the warehouse takes up to five business days to check it, and the refund follows within one to two business days. Accessories sold online, such as fenders, racks, helmets or locks, are not returnable.

Cashback on an Engwe order
Open the Engwe page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1.5%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button, then order as usual. In your free account the cashback is shown as open and turns confirmed after Engwe has reported the order. A return reduces the cashback for that item.

- Choose your country in the shop first, because prices change with the country.
- Use only offers listed on the daily cashback page. A code from another site can cost you the cashback.
