Shopping at Elite Dressing: free delivery across Europe, 14-day returns and cashback
Elite Dressing (elitedressing.com) is a French online shop for branded clothing, shoes and accessories from outlet, end-of-line and surplus stock. Brands on the front page include Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess Jeans, Boss, Timberland, Nike and Adidas. The shop site is in French, so this guide translates the points that matter before an order: delivery, returns, payment and cashback.
Delivery
The shop advertises free delivery and dispatch within 24 hours from its European warehouses. It describes the service as fast shipping across Europe. The pages do not list individual destination countries or delivery times per country, so enter your address in the cart to see whether it is accepted. Prices are shown in euros. The terms add that delivery costs are shown before you confirm an order.
Prices are net. The shop states that VAT does not apply under article 293 B of the French tax code, so the price in the cart is the price you pay.

Returns step by step
You have 14 days from receipt to send an item back, and you do not need to give a reason. The shop sets this out in its return page and refers to the French consumer code for the right of withdrawal. To return an item:
- Request the return online through the contact page, or email [email protected] with your order number and the item.
- Pack the item unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging, and put the order number in the parcel.
- Send it to the return address in France that the shop gives you. The shop sends it by email.
Trying clothes at home is allowed. Damaged, worn or incomplete items are not taken back. Sealed hygiene items and items made to your specifications are excluded.
Return shipping and refund
You pay the return parcel yourself. Elite Dressing covers it when the item is defective or the shop made a mistake. Once the shop has your parcel, the refund starts and shows on your payment method within 3 to 5 business days, with a maximum of 14 days. The refund includes the original delivery cost. For a different size, return the item and place a new order, which is the quickest way to keep the piece you want. Legal guarantees against defects remain in force. A consumer mediator is named in the terms.
Payment
The shop accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank cards and Revolut Pay. It says it keeps no bank details.
Using cashback
Open the Elite Dressing page at daily cashback, press the shop button and order as usual. The current rate (3.5%) is shown on that page. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed once Elite Dressing has reported the order, normally after the return window. If you send an item back, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher and cashback tabs while you shop.
