Shopping at eleonto: delivery countries, shipping, 30-day returns and cashback
eleonto is an electronics shop that sells audio and hi-fi, small kitchen appliances, cameras, robot vacuums and similar devices, from brands such as GoPro, Polaroid, TEAC, Pure and Aiper. It is run by ATS trade&service GmbH and sells into eight European countries. We read the shipping, returns and payment pages on eleonto.com in October 2026. Terms can change, so use the checkout as the final word.
Which countries eleonto delivers to
The shipping page lists Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. The shop adds that other continents are not covered at the moment. The country selector at the bottom of the site offers a few more markets, including Switzerland, Poland and Australia, but the shipping page names only the eight above, so confirm your country at checkout before you plan a purchase. Parcels travel with UPS. GLS is used only inside Austria.
Shipping cost and delivery time
eleonto pays the shipping on orders from €79, for the outbound parcel and for the return. Below €79 shipping costs may apply. The page gives no fixed fee for smaller baskets, so the amount appears at checkout. The shop says items are ready to ship and arrive within up to 3 working days in Germany and Austria and within up to 5 working days in the other delivery countries. Individual product pages can show a different date, and if an item is not ready within a working day the date moves with it.
You get a tracking number by email when the parcel is sent, and with a registered account it also appears in your order history. The invoice comes by email from ATS Trade & Service after dispatch. The shop asks you not to open a ticket right after ordering, as it sometimes takes a little longer.

Returns
The legal withdrawal period is 14 days, but eleonto gives a 30-day right of return on every order, counted from the invoice date. The goods have to be undamaged, in the original packaging and with all accessories, and packed so they survive transport. Because the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives, keep the postage receipt.
You start a return through the ticket form on the support site. If the conditions are met, the shop sends a free return label and instructions. The postage is free when you use UPS or GLS, but if you pick another carrier the shop cannot cover it. Once the return arrives and is checked, the money goes back to the original payment method within 14 days. After the 30 days eleonto only accepts claims under warranty.
Payment
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna Sofort and Klarna invoice. Three methods are tied to one country: EPS only in Austria, GiroPay only in Germany and iDeal only in the Netherlands.
Using cashback
Open the eleonto page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. The page is in German. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once eleonto has reported the order, normally after the 30-day return window. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- If your basket is close to €79, check whether one more small accessory removes the shipping fee.
- Use the delivery country you really need, since the shop can show different delivery dates for Germany and Austria than for the other markets.
- Keep the original box until you are sure you keep the device, as returns need it.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed, because a later click can replace the first one.
