Shopping at eHome.hr: delivery in Croatia, installation, returns and cashback

eHome is a Croatian online shop for household appliances, from washing machines and fridges to air conditioners and phones. It is run by Froh d.o.o. in Zagreb, and the delivery rules are written for Croatia. Here is how shipping, installation and returns work.

Delivery options and shipping costs

eHome offers five ways to receive an order: delivery to the entrance, Klasik delivery with carrying to your flat door, Premium delivery with installation, and delivery to a BOX NOW or GLS parcel locker. The shipping cost is calculated in the basket.

  • Small parcels to the entrance: €5.00 shipping.
  • BOX NOW locker: €0.99 shipping. The maximum parcel size is 60 x 45 x 36 cm.
  • GLS locker: €2.50 shipping, for small parcels that fit the compartments.
  • Orders over €100 to a parcel locker ship free.
  • Large parcels: the price depends on size, weight and postcode. For the first device you pay the full shipping price, for every further device the shop gives a 50% shipping discount.

Prices on the page are dated 10 September 2026; the basket shows the current amount. Delivery by courier does not include carrying into the flat for the entrance option, and no installation.

Klasik and Premium delivery

Klasik delivery brings the appliance to your door, usually in 2 to 3 working days on Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. You are told the day before, with a window of about three hours. Delivery is possible up to the fourth floor without a lift if stairs and halls are clear, and above that if a lift takes the appliance in its original packaging.

Premium delivery with installation is available only in the city of Zagreb, Zagreb County and Krapina-Zagorje County, usually in 2 to 4 working days. Prices depend on the appliance. A freestanding washing machine, dishwasher or fridge costs €80 for delivery and installation, a built-in oven €100 and a built-in dishwasher €125. Carpentry, electrical, gas and plumbing preparation is not included. Buying several appliances brings a 10% to 25% discount on this service.

Delivery times

For the three delivery zones the shop quotes 24 to 48 hours for most of Croatia, 48 to 72 hours for places such as Makarska, Krk and Pag, and 72 to 96 hours for Dubrovnik, Brač, Hvar and Korčula. How long an item takes also depends on its stock label: 3 to 7 working days for goods marked in stock, 7 to 14 working days when the supplier holds it, and 2 to 4 weeks for items ordered from the factory. Delivery to islands without a bridge takes 7 to 21 working days.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice with QR code, by card in one payment or up to 36 interest-free instalments, with KEKS Pay, PayPal, Aircash, Google Pay and Apple Pay, or with crypto currencies through the PAYCEK system. The price for the chosen method is shown in the pre-offer.

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. You can use the online form, a PDF form or a clear email. The goods have to be sent back within 14 days of your notice, to Froh d.o.o., Vrbanjska ulica 1, 10000 Zagreb. You pay the direct return cost unless the product page says otherwise, and for goods that cannot go by post the shop estimates this at up to €200. The refund includes the cheapest standard shipping and goes back through the payment method you used. All goods sold in the EU carry a statutory guarantee of at least two years. A written complaint is answered within 15 days.

Using cashback

Open the eHome page at daily cashback for the current rate (up to 1.5%) and the offers, which we check daily. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once eHome has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.

Practical tips

  • A single small item to a parcel locker is the cheapest route: €0.99 with BOX NOW, free over €100.
  • Keep other voucher and cashback sites closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
