Shopping at Big Horn Outdoors: shipping, returns and cashback
Big Horn Outdoors sells pizza ovens, infrared grills, outdoor kitchen islands and camping stoves. Before you put a grill or oven in the basket, it helps to know where the shop ships, what it charges for delivery and how returns work. This guide goes through the shipping and refund policy of bighornoutdoor.com in plain terms.
Where Big Horn Outdoors ships
The shop delivers to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Shipping rules differ between the two countries. The footer of the site lets you pick other countries, but the shipping policy itself names just the US and Canada, so treat those two as the safe list. Outside them, write to the shop before you order.
Even inside the US a few destinations are excluded: Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, Palau and the Armed Forces addresses. PO boxes, military sites and protected areas cannot be served either.
Delivery costs and speed
Standard delivery is free for most products in the US. In Canada the shop keeps a local warehouse with a few popular items, namely the 16 inch infrared steak oven, the 12 inch wood pellet pizza oven and the 12 inch pellet and electric pizza oven. For these, Canadian customers pay a local delivery fee that depends on the address.
Express delivery is available for certain regions and costs extra, with the amount depending on where you live. Big Horn Prime series products travel as LTL pallet freight, currently only in selected parts of the US. The carrier calls you before delivery, so keep an eye on the messages around the estimated date.
The delivery time has two parts. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and standard shipping then takes 3 to 8 business days, in the US and in Canada alike. The refund page mentions processing within one workday in regular season and three workdays at peak season. You can cancel for free as long as no shipment has been generated yet.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving an item to ask for a return. The product must be unused, in the same condition you got it and in its original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase. Write to the shop first. If the return is accepted you receive a return label and instructions. Parcels sent back without that step are not accepted.
Return postage is yours if you simply change your mind. If the item is damaged or wrong, the shop says you do not pay for the return and no restocking fee applies. Sale items, gift cards, custom products, personal care goods, perishables and hazardous materials cannot be returned. For shipments into the European Union the policy grants a 14 day right to cancel.
After the shop receives and checks the parcel, the refund goes back to the original payment method. The policy quotes between 1 and 10 business days, depending on the section you read, and your bank may need extra time to post it.

Using cashback
Open the Big Horn Outdoors page at daily cashback, where the current rate (3.5%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If you return an item, the share for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Big items are heavy. Check the delivery address, because pallet freight and the excluded states change what is possible.
- Inspect the package when it arrives and contact the shop right away about damage or a wrong item.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
