Buying from AECOJOY: shipping area, delivery time, returns and cashback
AECOJOY sells outdoor furniture, gazebos, sheds and pet housing from a base in Rowland Heights, California. These are bulky parcels, so the details that matter are where the shop ships, how long delivery takes, who pays for a return and which cards work at checkout. Where AECOJOY ships
The shipping policy says the shop ships only within the United States, excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The country selector in the page header lists Canada and the United States. Because the policy speaks of the United States only, ask the service team whether your Canadian address can be served before you pay. Sales tax is calculated by region at checkout.
Shipping cost and delivery time
A banner on every page promises free shipping on all orders, applied at checkout. In-stock items often leave on the same or the next business day. Delivery generally takes 6 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. If you order several items they may arrive in separate shipments, because items can have different availability dates. You get an email with the carrier and tracking number once the parcel is on its way, and you can also track it in your account.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
To start a return, contact the shop through the contact page within 30 days of receiving the order, with the reason and photos. The returns page also mentions 60 days for returns in general, so check which period applies to you when you write. After approval you receive the return address and label instructions, and you send the goods within 10 days with tracking information. Once the warehouse has inspected the return, the refund goes to the original payment method within 6 to 10 days.
If you simply change your mind, return shipping is yours and a 20% restocking fee applies. A faulty or wrong item is handled differently: the shop offers replacement or refund after verification, and return shipping is refunded only for quality issues. Items must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging. If you ordered the wrong item, the shop's answer is a return rather than a swap.
An order can be cancelled before shipment with the cancellation form, but not once its status is Label Created. Cancelling after shipment costs an interception fee of $18 per box charged by the carrier, so cancel before shipping if you can.

Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Affirm or Klarna. Affirm financing is subject to an eligibility check. Klarna splits a purchase into four payments and is only offered for products below $1,500.
