Shopping at 100% Pure Germany: shipping zones, delivery times and returns

· 2026-10-15

The shop sells a natural cosmetics brand from California. The German shop at 100percentpure.de is run by Pure Deutschland GmbH in Düsseldorf and ships by DHL, with a rate table for 32 countries besides Germany. That table is the main reason to read this guide: the price depends on the zone and on the value of your basket, and free shipping starts at different amounts. We read the shipping, returns and payment pages on 100percentpure.de in October 2026. The shipping page is marked as last updated in 2019, so confirm the figures at checkout.

Shipping costs by zone

Germany: €4.90 per order with DHL Paket, free from €29. For all other countries the shop uses DHL Weltpaket, with the price charged according to the gross value of the goods:

  • Zone 1, €12.90, free from €100: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
  • Zone 2, €15.90, free from €150: Bulgaria, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Switzerland.
  • Zone 3, €29.90, free from €250: Greece, Estonia, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Belarus.

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional costs such as customs duties or import fees can apply, and they are for your account. The shop cannot predict them, because rules differ by country, and suggests asking your local customs office. German VAT does not apply to these tax-free export deliveries.

Delivery times

Within Germany the shop states 2 to 5 working days after the contract is concluded, and for deliveries abroad 5 to 25 working days depending on the destination. During discount campaigns delivery can be delayed by several days, and there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If an item turns out to be unavailable, you receive a credit note for it and the rest ships on the normal schedule.

Samples only

If your basket contains only samples, you can choose Deutsche Post letter shipping instead of DHL. Letter shipping costs €1.90 within Germany and €3.20 internationally. These shipments have no tracking and no insurance. The shop says delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days but can take up to two weeks.

Returns

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To send something back, fill in the return form and enclose it. Only unopened, unused products in the original packaging get a full refund. If the product shows signs of use, including after an intolerance, the shop deducts 50 per cent of the price and reserves the right to refund nothing. Free gifts from the order must go back as well, otherwise their value is deducted.

Customers in Germany get a free DHL return label if the return value exceeds €50. Below that you pay postage. For returns from abroad, contact the shop beforehand. The refund follows within about five working days after the parcel has arrived within the 14-day period.

Payment

The payment page lists PayPal and everything routed through PayPal Checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover), Sofort, Giropay, SEPA direct debit, Pay Later and invoice with Ratepay. In addition there is prepayment by bank transfer, where goods are reserved for five working days.

Using cashback

Open the shop page at daily cashback. It shows the current rate (up to 10%) and the offers we found, each with the date it was last checked. Press the shop button there, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and turns confirmed once 100% Pure has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.

A few practical tips

  • Zone 1 free shipping starts at €100, which is far above the German €29. A single order is cheaper than two.
  • Opened cosmetics lose half their refund, so test a sample before you buy the full size.
  • Outside the EU, ask your customs office about duties first.
  • Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
