Raw Beauty Lab is a skincare brand run from London, selling collagen masks, serums and creams through its own online shop. Before you order, the practical questions are where the parcel can go, how long it takes and what happens if you want to send something back. Delivery in the UK
All standard UK shipping is free. UK parcels, standard and express, go with Royal Mail. The shop gives 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping and 48 hours for express shipping. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, so a Friday evening order will start moving on the next working day.
Shipping to other countries
The shop lists the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, the United States, Australia and New Zealand as countries it ships to. International orders travel with DHL and take 5 to 12 business days on the standard service. The policy page also carries an older note that delays of up to four weeks were possible at the time of COVID, so give a long order some room. Subscription products are currently available only in the UK and Ireland.

Customs and import taxes
Deliveries to countries outside the UK might incur customs or import taxes. The shop has no control over these charges and cannot cover them for you. Refunds and returns
Raw Beauty Lab offers a refund within 30 days from the date you received the order. How much you get back depends on the state of the item:
- Unused and unopened items in the original packaging and condition get a full refund.
- Used items get a full refund minus a non-refundable handling and restocking or destruction fee of £9.95 per item, and the return postage is yours as well.
- Face masks are not eligible for refunds.
To start, email your order confirmation to [email protected]. For a product issue, add the batch number and say why you want the refund. The team then sends a returns address. Postage costs for sending the item back are yours. Once the shop receives the item and approves the return, a credit goes to your card or original payment method automatically. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Using cashback
Open the Raw Beauty Lab page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 10%) and the offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once Raw Beauty Lab has reported the order. A returned item is deducted again.
Practical tips
- Open a product only when you are sure you keep it, because an opened item costs £9.95 on return and you also pay the return shipping, so a small trial order can end up pricey.
- Face masks cannot be refunded, so choose carefully.
