Ordering from Inwaria in Germany: shipping abroad, delivery times, returns
Inwaria is a German online shop for jewellery making: silver wire and findings in 925 silver, clasps and rings, acrylic, letter, crystal and glass beads, plus DIY designs and ideas for bracelets and necklaces. It also advertises quantity discounts for wholesalers and small buyers. The shop itself is in German, run by Esnado GmbH in Neusäß, and its payment and shipping page states that it delivers worldwide. This guide covers what that means for a buyer outside Germany.
Shipping costs
The shipping page separates Germany from everywhere else. A delivery within Germany costs a flat €2.95 shipping per order, and orders from €49.00 ship free. Deliveries abroad cost a flat €9.95 shipping per order. For abroad the page names only the flat fee. Prices include statutory VAT, and discount codes, shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Unless an offer states another period, delivery inside Germany takes 1 to 3 days. For deliveries abroad the shop gives 5 to 14 days after the contract is concluded, or after your payment instruction if you agreed to prepayment. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, they go out in one shipment and the longest time applies.
Currencies and countries
A currency menu lists many countries with their currency: the United Kingdom appears in GBP, Switzerland and Liechtenstein in CHF, Poland in PLN, Sweden in SEK, Denmark in DKK, the Czech Republic in CZK, and euro countries in EUR. The basket shows what you pay.
Returns and withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The period starts when you or a person you name receive the goods, or the last part of a split delivery. To withdraw you tell Esnado GmbH by a clear statement, for example an email to [email protected], and you may use the model form. Return the goods within 14 days of that notice to Gessertshausener Str. 4, 86356 Neusäß, Germany. The return shipping is at your cost.
Inwaria refunds all payments, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used. It may hold the refund until the goods are back or you prove you sent them. The right does not apply to made-to-order goods, perishables and some other cases, and it ends early for sealed hygiene goods once unsealed.
Payment
Accepted are bank transfer in advance, PayPal (including PayPal Express, card, SEPA direct debit and pay later), Klarna services via Stripe such as Sofort, invoice and instalments, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit and cards. The checkout shows which of them apply to your order.

Using cashback
Open the Inwaria page at daily cashback, where the current rate is up to 6% and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Inwaria has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Since foreign orders carry one flat fee per order, putting everything you need into one basket usually costs less than two small ones.
- Count beads and findings against your design before you order, because return shipping is yours.
- Finish the order in one visit with the ad blocker off, and keep other cashback sites closed so the click is not replaced.
