Shipping by region

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. The shop quotes its prices in USD and converts them into the currency of the storefront you pick. Final rates and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.

  • United States and United Kingdom: standard shipping is $3.99 below $40 and takes 5 to 8 business days. From $40 shipping is free with the same delivery time. Fast shipping costs $15 and takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • Europe: free shipping from $40, otherwise a $4.99 shipping fee, with 5 to 10 business days. The shop applies this to the countries in its current European shipping zone, so check your country at checkout.
  • Asia (Taiwan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, the Maldives, Malaysia and Singapore): free shipping from $40, otherwise $4.99, in 5 to 10 business days.
  • Canada and Australia: the same $40 threshold and $4.99 fee below it, 5 to 10 business days, plus fast shipping at $15 in 3 to 5 business days.
  • Japan, Mexico, New Zealand and Hong Kong SAR: free shipping from $40, otherwise $4.99, in 5 to 8 business days.
  • Middle East (Israel, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE): economy shipping in 7 to 12 business days, $20 below $100 and free from $100.
  • Indonesia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Cambodia, Georgia, Myanmar and Laos: economy international shipping at $20 in 6 to 18 business days.

Every other destination is priced by the carrier at checkout, based on the address, the weight of the package and the service you choose. The shop names DHL Express Worldwide and several USPS international services, and says final duties, taxes and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout. Delivery times can also depend on customs processing.

Returns, warranty and cancellations

Everything comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, and you need proof of purchase. The shop accepts returns for a wrong item or for goods that arrived damaged or defective. Opened or used screen protectors and custom products are not returnable, and Flash Sale items are final sale unless there is a verified quality problem.

All returns must be approved first. Write to [email protected] and you receive a return label and packing instructions. If the shop made the mistake, it covers return shipping. For a change of mind you pay the carrier fee yourself. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, and your bank may need another 3 to 7 days. Damaged or defective goods from a Flash Sale should be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery.

After the 30 days a warranty replacement applies: 365 days for phone cases and 180 days for everything else. Physical damage and misuse are not covered. Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not shipped.
