Galop Store: delivery prices by country, pickup points and returns
Galop Store is a French online shop for horse riding: gear for horse and rider, plus items for dogs, cats and farm animals. It ships from France to a long list of countries, and the shipping cost depends on the destination. This guide puts the country prices, pickup options and return rules from the shop's own pages in one place.
What delivery costs by country
The page called Tarifs et options de livraison gives a fixed shipping price for every destination, billed in euro. A few examples for standard home delivery:
- France: shipping 7.49 euro with Colis Prive (metropolitan France without Corsica), 7.99 euro with Colissimo for Corsica, 13.99 euro for Chronopost next-day.
- Germany: shipping 7.99 euro with Hermès, or 8.49 euro to a DHL pickup point.
- Belgium: shipping 7.99 euro, or 6.99 euro to a Mondial Relay point.
- Netherlands: shipping 8.49 euro, or 6.99 euro to a pickup point.
- Italy and Spain: shipping 8.99 euro to the door, Spain without the Canary Islands.
- Portugal: shipping 9.99 euro, Luxembourg 9.99 euro.
- Austria: shipping 12.99 euro with DPD, or 11.49 euro to a DPD pickup point.
- Switzerland: shipping 19.06 euro with FedEx, the United Kingdom 21.07 euro.
The shop also delivers to Ireland, Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey, Iceland and many other European countries. The Balkan, Baltic and several small markets sit at the highest fee of 25.99 euro for shipping, and Liechtenstein is 26.48 euro. Dispatch and delivery time
The order cut-off is 15:00 Paris time. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days and transit 1 to 5 working days, according to the page. Each product page also shows its own dispatch time below the add to cart button, and it changes with the size you pick. Chronopost next-day delivery to the door arrives before 6 pm for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Thursday, with an email and SMS the day before.
Pickup points
You can choose a pickup point at checkout, usually in a local shop. When the parcel arrives you get an email with the tracking number. Take the tracking number and your ID to collect it. A third person can collect with your signed letter, their ID and a copy of yours.

Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. Items must come back unworn, unused, in the original packaging with labels intact. Personalised goods such as flocked shirts or skis with mounted bindings cannot be returned. Start the return in the returns portal or through the Return link in your order history. You pay return shipping, and no shipping refund is made. If the product is faulty or does not match, a prepaid label is arranged after approval. Once the request is accepted, you have 15 days to post the parcel to the return address in Montlouis-sur-Loire. A refund for a withdrawal arrives within 14 days of the shop being informed, and you can choose the original payment method or a credit note valid 12 months.
Payment and contact
