Evri Frequent Seller: international parcel prices, monthly levels and cashback
Evri is a UK parcel carrier. The Frequent Seller account is its discount scheme for people who send parcels every month, for example sellers on eBay, Amazon or Shopify. Instead of shipping to a country, you ship from the UK to over 200 countries and territories. This guide explains the levels, the international prices the site shows and how to book.
How the Frequent Seller levels work
Your price depends on how many parcels you sent in the previous month, and Evri reviews this at the start of each month. An international parcel counts as two. The account has three price steps:
- Standard Evri.com prices: 0 to 39 UK parcels, or 0 to 19 international parcels a month.
- Level 1: 40 to 79 UK parcels, or 20 to 39 international parcels, or any mix that adds up to at least 40.
- Level 2: 80 or more UK parcels, or 40 or more international parcels, or any mix that adds up to at least 80.
If you send 40 UK parcels in January, you stay on Level 1 pricing for February. Evri advertises discounts of up to 50% on Standard and Next Day UK deliveries, excluding Postable and ParcelShop deliveries, plus 15% off international parcels on Level 1 and 20% off on Level 2. Next Day upgrades start from 48p, and you collect one Tesco Clubcard point for every £1 spent on Evri.com.
What international parcels cost
The site gives starting-from prices for a Standard drop-off delivery to a home or work address. Outside the EU the price can change with the volumetric weight of the parcel.
- Germany: shipping from £7.29 at standard prices, £6.20 on Level 1 and £5.83 on Level 2.
- France: shipping from £8.79, £7.47 on Level 1 and £7.03 on Level 2.
- Ireland: shipping from £7.89, £6.71 on Level 1 and £6.31 on Level 2.
- Netherlands: shipping from £7.49, £6.37 on Level 1 and £5.99 on Level 2.
- Australia: shipping from £10.59, £9.00 on Level 1 and £8.47 on Level 2.
- Canada: shipping from £12.99, £11.04 on Level 1 and £10.39 on Level 2.
On the international page, Evri also lists a 250g tracked parcel to the USA from £10.89 shipping with ParcelShop drop-off. Collecting the parcel from your door costs a little more than dropping it off, for example £7.79 instead of £7.29 to Germany at the standard rate.
How to send a parcel
You enter where the parcel goes, where it starts, its size and weight, and what is inside. You then pay and print the label. Printing at home or in a store is free. You can hand over the parcel at one of more than 9,000 ParcelShops, at a self-service Locker, or book a courier collection with a one-hour window. Customs details are filled in during the online booking. Every parcel includes tracking and £20 of free cover, and you can raise the cover up to £999. Sellers can connect eBay, Amazon and Shopify or upload a CSV file to book many parcels at once.
Cashback with Evri
Open the Evri page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 7.5%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button, then sign up or log in on Evri.com and book as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed after Evri has reported the booking. If a booking is refunded, the cashback for it is deducted.
Before you book
- Check the shown price for your parcel weight, because the table lists starting-from prices.
- Use only offers shown on the daily cashback page. A code from another site can cost you the cashback.
