Giraffe Tools: free US shipping, 30-day returns, warranty and cashback
Giraffe Tools sells pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, garden hose reels, extension cord reels and air hose reels. The store is built for US customers: the shipping policy talks about US warehouses, US carriers and US states. This guide collects what you should know about delivery, returns and the warranty before you order a bulky machine.
Shipping inside the US
Shipping is free in the US for all products. Orders are accepted around the clock and start shipping within 3 business days. Anything placed after midnight Eastern Time is processed on the next business day, and weekends and holidays do not count. In-stock products are usually delivered within 3 business days after they have shipped, unless the product page says otherwise. If you want it faster, pick Express Shipping at checkout.
Orders to the 48 states travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Hawaii and Alaska are currently not served, and the shop cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Parcels leave from a California warehouse for the US West and from New Jersey, Pennsylvania or North Carolina for the US East. Pre-order items and gifts ship separately once they reach the local warehouse, and accessories can arrive in a separate parcel as well, sometimes after 2 to 3 weeks, as written on the product page.
Living outside the US
The shipping policy covers US addresses only. If you are based in the UK, Canada or elsewhere, ask customer service before you order whether delivery to your address is possible. The footer of the US store also links to regional Giraffe Tools sites for CA, AU, UK, DE and JP, which you can open if one of them matches your country.
Shipping protection and tracking
At checkout you can add the optional Worry-Free Delivery. It covers loss, damage or theft in transit, and claims go through the Seel Resolution Center. Without it, the shop is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged after the carrier has accepted them. Tracking comes by email once the order ships. You can also log in and use Order Tracking under the Support menu. Check the address saved in your PayPal profile before paying with PayPal, because it cannot be edited after the order.
Returns and refunds
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not shipped yet. After delivery, unused products can go back within 30 days. If you return an item for non-quality reasons, you pay the return shipping. To start, email [email protected] with the reason, your order number and your name. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence, and a verified manufacturing defect gets a replacement with free freight. Refunds are processed on Fridays, and the bank can need up to 48 hours more. Items bought through other retailers are not refunded by Giraffe Tools.
Warranty
Home-use grade products carry 24 months of warranty for residential use, commercial-grade products 36 months. For commercial use the periods drop to 90 days and 12 months. Wear parts such as hoses, nozzles, spray guns and filters have a 120-day limited warranty. Units from unauthorized resellers are not covered.
