Buying EaseUS software: delivery, refund rules and cashback
EaseUS sells software for data recovery, partition management, backups, PC transfer, a screen recorder and a voice changer. Nothing is shipped in a box, so the usual questions about delivery costs and customs do not apply. What matters is how the licence reaches you, what the refund rules say and where you can buy from. We read the refund policy and the sales FAQ on easeus.com in October 2026 and summarise them below. The shop can change its terms, so check the order page before you pay.
How the delivery works
The product is a download. According to the sales FAQ, an email with the download link and a readme file arrives within a few minutes after you pay by credit card. Other payment routes can take longer, and the page says the time depends on the method you choose. There is no postage, no courier and no delivery address to check.
The FAQ mentions that you can order online, by phone, by fax or by postal mail. Online is the fastest. The order form runs on a secure server of an e-commerce provider specialised in software, and the shop states that the data is encrypted before it is sent.
Where you can buy and which currency applies
There is no list of delivery countries, because a licence key has no destination. The refund policy says you are refunded in the currency in which you paid. If you buy with an EU VAT exemption, enter your VAT Exemption ID while ordering; if tax still shows up in the basket, the shop asks you to write to its support. The checkout is the only place that shows the final price and tax for your address.

Refunds: what the policy says
If a refund is granted you get the full purchase price back in the currency you paid, and the shop does not charge a fee for it. Requests go through the support team by email, and the shop says it tries to answer within 24 hours.
The conditions are strict, so read them before you buy. The shop lists cases in which it does not refund:
- the request comes more than 30 days after the purchase
- the reason is not technical, because the trial versions are meant to let you test first
- the program has already done its job successfully
- the product was bought from a reseller instead of EaseUS directly
- the problem is something support could solve, so you must let the technicians help first
If you bought the wrong product or version by mistake, you can buy the right one and ask support to refund the other one, or have support swap it. After a refund the licence is deactivated and the software has to be uninstalled.
A separate rule covers price drops: if the price on the official EaseUS page falls within 7 days after your purchase, you can send your order ID to support and ask for a price adjustment. Discounts from promotional emails sent after the purchase are not included.
Using cashback
Open the EaseUS page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 25%) and the offers we found are shown with the date of our last check. Press the shop button, then buy as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and turns confirmed once EaseUS has reported the order, which usually happens after the refund window. If you get a refund, the cashback for that order is removed.
Practical tips
- Use the trial version first. It is the shop's own answer to refund requests that come from a change of mind.
- Pay the full order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed, because a later click can replace the first one.
- A voucher code from another site can cancel the cashback, so check our shop page for current offers instead.
- Save the order email. It holds the download link and the order ID you need for any claim.
