Booking Flibco airport shuttles: lines, cancellation rules, luggage and cashback

· 2026-09-26

Flibco runs airport shuttle buses in several European countries, mostly to the budget airports that trains do not reach well. Instead of shipping and returns, what matters here is where the lines run, how booking and cancelling work and what you can bring on board. This guide sums up the shuttle service as the Flibco website describes it.

Where Flibco runs

The airport page groups the network by country:

  • Germany: Hahn, Munich, Memmingen, Frankfurt and Weeze
  • United Kingdom: London Stansted
  • France: Lille, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Beauvais
  • Belgium: Charleroi and Brussels Zaventem
  • Hungary: Budapest
  • Italy: Turin, Pisa, Catania Fontanarossa, Rome Ciampino, Treviso, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Rome Fiumicino and Bergamo

In the UK, one route to Stansted starts at Liverpool Street with stops at Redbridge and Stratford, another runs from Finsbury Park via Enfield and Wood Green. In Belgium, Flibco links Brussels Zaventem with Lille, and Charleroi with Bruges, Ghent, Brussels, Lille and Luxembourg. In Italy there are connections from Malpensa to Milan and Como Lake and from Bergamo to Milan and Como. A direct shuttle between Munich and Memmingen Airport started on 30 September 2026. If you book a journey to Frankfurt Main, you transfer at Frankfurt Hahn.

The booking site comes in French, English, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish and Italian.

Booking a ticket

Online booking is the main route. Tickets bought from the driver cost more, can only be one-way and depend on availability. Online booking is mandatory for Arlon. After payment you can print the ticket from your account, or use the link in the confirmation email on your phone. You can pay by card, PayPal or Amazon Pay. Timetables change twice a year, towards the end of October and the end of March, so far-ahead tickets can be unavailable until the new schedule is loaded.

Changes and cancellations

On most lines you can cancel or modify a booking up to 6 hours before departure in the planned trips section of your account. The day tickets are different. Brussels Charleroi, Milan Bergamo, Lille and Malpensa to Novara tickets are valid all day in both directions and have to be cancelled at least one day before. On the Brussels Midi to Charleroi line the fare decides: light cannot be refunded or changed, smart cannot be refunded but can be changed up to three times until the day before, and plus can be refunded and changed and includes insurance.

Children and luggage

For every adult ticket you can book a free ticket for a child under four by ticking the child box. On the Budapest line the child price equals the standard adult price. Every passenger can take one piece of hand luggage of 35 x 20 x 20 cm. On most lines you may also put one bag in the hold, while the lines to and from Brussels Zaventem and Charleroi allow three. All wheeled bags must go in the hold. The FAQ recommends being at the airport three hours before departure and leaving a buffer of 30 minutes for Schengen flights or up to 60 minutes for other flights before the check-in desk closes, so pick a shuttle with that in mind.

Cashback with Flibco

Open the Flibco page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 7.5%) and the latest offers are shown. Press the shop button and book as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once the booking is approved. A cancelled booking cancels the cashback as well. Using a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
