Cashback on clothing: only one of the two

AliExpress at daily cashback lists clothing as its own product group with its own rate, separate from electronics. Order rules that protect your cashback

Fashion baskets often contain several items from different sellers. On AliExpress each parcel can come from another seller, but the order is tracked as one purchase if you started from our shop page. Watch the voucher field, since an unlisted code may cost you the cashback on the order. After the order the entry is pending, and it is released when the shop approves it. Sizes and returns: what each site says

Clothes are the category where returns happen most, so read these rules before you click.

Shein states the statutory right of withdrawal, 14 days from receipt, for all products and all sellers. On top of that it offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt for most items in new condition. Lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics and certain intimate items are excluded once unsealed. Faulty items can be reported within 90 days of the order date. In the Netherlands and Poland a Fair Use Policy applies: customers with unusually high return levels can be charged a return fee, always announced in advance. Refunds go to the original payment method or the Shein wallet, depending on your choice.

AliExpress ties its protection to the order: a refund if the goods do not arrive, arrive damaged or differ from the description, claimed within 15 days of receipt. Its Free Return service also runs 15 days after delivery. If the fit is simply wrong, that is a change of mind, and the return postage is yours. Under EU rules the platform lists the 14-day withdrawal and the two-year guarantee as additional rights.

Delivery in short

Shein publishes standard shipping with a threshold above which delivery is free; the exact limit and the delivery estimate are on its shipping page for your country. If a parcel is late, Shein asks you to contact customer service within 45 days of payment. AliExpress shows the delivery date per item in the order, and goods from different sellers arrive separately.
